There is no additional charge to the customer when utilizing stock graphics.If a customer has a logo or particular image they wish to use, a $50 art charge may apply depending on the original file type provided and the complexity of the design. For laser engraved small items (pens, wallet tools, knives, etc) please provide low-detail images. For larger laser engraved items more detailed images may be accepted. For full color items, please provide 4-color, print ready, high resolution images. Preferred formatsBitmap at 300 dpi or higher: JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PSD, TIF, or PNGVector: EPS, AI, SVG, or PDFIf the customer has a media department or a graphics library, please request access for the LaserGifts%u00ae Graphics Team.Files may be submitted to sales@lasergifts.com, mailed in on a CD or transferred via FTP. You and your customer will always be e-mailed an art proof. LaserGifts%u00ae must receive approval before the production process begins!Please be advised:%u2022 Avoid detailed logos, bold text and circular graphics.%u2022 Natural Wood Products will have knots, be different shapes, and there will be wood variances.%u2022 Engraving color and depth may vary by wood batch and between wood types.Our graphics team will be happy to assist with creating the perfect design %u2013 if interested, please provide conceptual ideas and contact information.BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF THE LASERGIFTS%u00ae PRODUCTS IDENTIFIED ON THE INVOICE, OR OTHER SUFFICIENT LASERGIFTS%u00ae DOCUMENTATION, CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNLESS CUSTOMER AND SELLER HAVE BOTH AGREED TO AND SIGNED A SEPARATE AGREEMENT, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT WILL GOVERN.%u2022 LaserGifts%u00ae reserves the right to refuse credit to any customer.%u2022 LaserGifts%u00ae reserves the right to add surcharges or alter published price, with or without additional notice.%u2022 Any product returned to the LaserGifts%u00ae warehouse must have an official RMA number associated with the return issued by the Customer Service Department. Goods must be repackaged in materials provided by LaserGifts%u00ae which are shipped to the customer once an RMA number has been assigned. A credit will only be issued for items packed and returned according to the instructions provided. Products returned to the warehouse that are packed incorrectly, damaged, and/or shopworn will not be credited. A 10% restocking fee may be applied against the total credit based on the wholesale value of saleable goods being placed back into inventory. Credit will not be issued until all goods are received, counted and quality checked by the LaserGifts%u00ae Inventory Team. %u2022 LaserGifts%u00ae does not offer cash refunds on any program returns.%u2022 LaserGifts%u00ae agrees to abide by current conformities required by the consumer product safety guidelines and regulations as stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission Standards. %u2022 Freight Charges are prepaid by the shipper and added to the invoice unless otherwise noted.%u2022 Past due invoices may incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. Accounts more than 90 days past due may be turned over for collections. Attorney fees and collection costs will be added to all accounts placed for collection. %u2022 There is a 1.5% credit card convenience fee for non pre-paid orders. %u2022 Once order acknowledgment has been sent, requests to cancel order may not be accommodated.%u2022 LaserGifts%u00ae reserves the right to apply rush fees for orders requiring expedited production and shipping: $50.00 for 24 hour rush and $25.00 for 48 hour rush. %u2022 Due to the nature of our industry, there is a possibility that there will be an overage or a shortage on manufactured product.
